"We spent 7 nights in this resort. Very safe and tranquil place to stay. It’s like an oasis with all the greeneries, trees, mini pond, waterfall in the property. It has two pools and a gym. Gym has reasonable equipment to meet your exercise needs. Buffet breakfast has sufficient options. Property is a bit outdated and can benefit with some maintenance in some areas however not a deal breaker for us. "Everything was fine, except the “All Inclusive” breakfast was not clear. The paper issued at the lobby stated that the dining options start at 11:00 to 23:00. So, the first 2 days we had to wait to eat, then an associate confirmed. After a brief conversation with another associate he confirmed that we did have the option to have breakfast but the beverages consumption start at 11. Anyway, the experience was good and the whole family was happy. "

"Overall this hotel is good. And even though it is still being built. It’s not an issue. It just isn’t very pretty in some places but all the bits that count are nice. I think the overall gripes with this hotel is the general cleanliness. The pool area and general surroundings need a regular clean. "What a fab hotel! If you like a quiet but beautiful location then you hit the mark at My Beach Resort, Phuket. It’s location is stunning. There is increased development in the area so, over time, this may change, but for now it is peaceful and beautiful. Phuket old town is 20-30 mins away by motorcycle or taxi and has a wide variety of bars and restaurants. The food and service at the hotel meats the requisite targets fo Michelin stars and that shows. Prices are still ok for hotels. The staff? Well, just brilliant. It’s a small hotel with a great family feel. It attracts the kind of folks who value five star service and the staff deliver on that in every area. We are rebooking to come back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spot. "

"Great modern rooms, convenient location right opposite the beach, located at a quieter part of Patong but still walking distance into the centre. Staff are amazing, so helpful. The corridors at the hotel are long and traffic of people walking through can at times be a bit annoying. Ask for a room at the end of the corridor "

"The Mandarava Resort was impecable. Spacious and clean rooms, plenty of pools and bars and the service was second to none. The buffet breakfast was well worth it and the Charm Thai Restaurant was amazing. Room service was also delivered quickly and with a friendly smile. The complimentary shuttle to Karon Beach made it easy to get to the local shops, restaurants and have a dip in the ocean. I would recommend staying at the Mandarava Resort to anyone looking for luxury accomodation in Phuket."
