"This place is wonderful! Among the Kata Beach area, it is a great place for a great deal. You are close to the beach, up on the hill so you can see the ocean view, and each private villa is clean and modern and beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are many stairs that lead to the villas at the top of the hill which can be a hike for some people, but the staff pleasantly offer to help with any luggage or necessary assistance. The area is great and within walking distance of a bunch...

"When arrived late at night to check in, I got informed the hotel as FULL and had to move me to another hotel nearby of lower standards (and rates) without explanations or compensation. Got moved back to the original hotel next day but had to change plans to check out early and be without a room until the afternoon. Towels were not changed for days."

"Great value in a great location. Old but well maintained. Like being in the rain forest but less than a block from walking street and all the night life. Everything you could want is within walking distance. "

"We stayed a night between flights. We decided to walk to the hotel after the 8hr flight. 10mins by Google Maps. With two kids in tow, 3 large suitcases and questionable footpaths, it was a workout. Checked in at 9pm all good. Friendly, helpful staff. Room just like the photo (king bed, with overhead bunks). Clean enough and we’d stay here again for a stopover. 7/11 a short stroll up the road for a snack. "
