"Phuket Panwa is a great hotel in a quiet and scenic location. A stretch to call it 5-stars, but it would certainly make a great 4-star hotel. The rooms were dated, but very comfortable. When you have sea facing rooms, just know there's high & low tides. When it's high tide, the view is scenic and serene, takes your mind away from reality. The breakfast buffet has a great selection of your usual international and local fares. The small private beach could certainly do with some garbage pick ups,...

"For the $44 price, I got a one bedroom apartment and loved it. The free breakfast was great, the staff was amazing and the beach view by breakfast was insane. It’s not completely modern but it’s great! Def worth it"

Considering these factors, having the main bar closed for 2 days each week as the restaurants were, on rotation, it would be a good relax for adults but could be a bit difficult with kids"
