"The resort is good for a short stay. There is not a lot to do on or around the resort. The cost of food within the resort is high, recommend taking a buggy to the gate amd eating along the water. We did a pool villa and it was nice to have our own space. "

"To the owners of this hotel.... Receptionist was extremely rude, not helpful and pushy. Hot water didn't work properly, had to get a room change to use wi-fi and breakfast was less than satisfactory. The only positive was the bag-man who was quick and helped out as much as possible. "

"Phuket Panwa is a great hotel in a quiet and scenic location. A stretch to call it 5-stars, but it would certainly make a great 4-star hotel. The rooms were dated, but very comfortable. When you have sea facing rooms, just know there's high & low tides. When it's high tide, the view is scenic and serene, takes your mind away from reality. The breakfast buffet has a great selection of your usual international and local fares. The small private beach could certainly do with some garbage pick ups,...

"Overall this hotel was good. The staff were good especially the pool and beach people, they were amazing. The breakfast was also incredible. The main thing that let it down was the overall condition of everything. It’s just very tired in places and in much need of an update. There were bits falling off the bar roof by the pool and lots of things were broken. In our room hardly any of the light switches worked and we didn’t even want to go near the outside tub, it was just a bit grim."

"Baba House was very clean, quiet and the pool was great. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and they made towel swans for on the bed when we checked in and put rose petals around them and in the bathroom! It was adorable. Bed and pillows were comfortable, AC was awesome, everything was great. Had a lovely stay. "

"Fabulous retreat perfect setting , staff amazing , but drinks and food a bit overpriced especially as they appear to add service charge and tax which we did not see anywhere else on our three weeks travels . That said the location is fab and there are restaurants and 711 nearby . Would definitely visit again and hopefully next year . "
