Rooms were generally good, although the shower had signs of orange bacteria and some black mould on the ceiling. The bottom of the shower door and sealant around it was tatty and looked dirty, so much so that I didn’t want to use it. "On arrival to the hotel it has lovely grounds surrounding the hotel, check in was quick and easy. The room itself was dated but clean I would recommend but could do with some modernizing. "

We had a bit of an issue with the fish & chips that my partner had as a bar meal on the Sunday evening - more batter than fish! "What a lovely hotel to stay at, the groubds are absolutely amazing. You can sit outside with peacocks roaming around you. You have admire the beautiful ruins in the gardens and take cracking photos. Food was lovely and he staff were great. I will stay here again."
