"Beautiful house, fabulous location, would highly recommend"

"First impression was that the threshold at the front door was dirty. The whole house needs a deep clean. I felt pretty uncomfortable with the overall cleanliness. We had issues trying to get on to the Internet. Staff were quick to respond but not with the correct info. The style and decor of the house was lovely but cleanliness let it down We also had issues with the boiler, no hot water and a lack of towels. On a positive note we didnt let the issues spoil our family get...

"A very clean, comfortable cottage. Excellent shower and comfortable bed. Easy access to main road and surrounding areas. Safe parking outside property. "

"After booking and paying in full the hosts went off grid, not only would they not respond to us, but Vrbo couldn’t get hold of them either. We were left with 3 children and a baby with nowhere to stay, 4 hours away from home. Avoid this host at all costs. Vrbo were equally unhelpful in resolving the matter, telling us to sort our own arrangements out for ourselves (at 5pm!). An incredibly stressful time, would absolutely not recommend these hosts, or Vrbo as a booking platform."

"We visited Chester with our two kids and their grandparents. The house was an ideal size for 4 adults and the two kids.A great location for a decent enough walk into the city centre to tire everyone out on the return leg.The house was well enough presented but could do with a good deep clean and a new loo seat that fits.Given the listing is for max 6, we expected to find enough place settings to satisfy that many but there was a mish-mash of glasses, mugs, plates etc. The cupboards were also...
