I didn't get to experience any of the restaurants (they filled up quickly) but the buffet was adequate with plenty of options and the coffee shop was excellent. There is no sea view from presidential suites as it across a busy main road from the beach with huge building blocking your views. Garden view means you are in the main road and will be kept awake all night from road noise...
