"First stay at this location and first at "Lifestyle" properties. This was an outstanding place to stay, wife and me. Is a gated community with private home villas, rooms, suites, many pools, bars, casino, and stadium that has daily night shows (not great). The staff was overall very friendly and courteous. The only downside is that you have to catch transportation, free shuttle, to get to the different places within this huge facility. The beach area is very rocky. We stayed 1-3 April 20225, and the sea was very rough with high waves, maybe due to the time of year. The suites, are awesome, super big, clean and A/C extremely cold. The bars are kind of poor on drink selection but they do try to accommodate all the orders. In short, we wills stay again and I recommend this stay."

"This is a beautiful house with a very large master suite upstairs. The three bedrooms downstairs were decent sized, two of which used the hall bathroom, the other had a private bathroom. Soap was not available when we arrived but there is a small store right inside the entrance of the gated community that had just about every basic need available. The maid was very nice and helpful though only speaks Spanish. We did struggle with getting the upstairs balcony light to stay on and while the maid was going to show us how to use it, we had someone sleeping and didn't get around to it again! We did use the grill but there were not any grill tools available to use! The house was nice but as with most rental properties could use some maintenance touches (a few I can remember include the microwave handle was about to fall off, a handrail not attached to the wall in shower and the shower shelf about to fall off, so nothing major except maybe the microwave!). The house felt very safe and inviting. The community is great. A 10 minute walk to the beach that has lots of little shells, shallow water with various reefs. There are also several little restaurants and a gift shop along the beach as well. The family visited 27 Waterfalls, about a 45 minute drive. It had rained a lot prior to our visit so only had 7 available and once we got there, realized they only take cash. We do not know if cash was due to the rains and an outage but it appeared to be the normal case. "

"Communication from beginning to end was great. The host and Roger, who you meet to get the keys and setup, were great and very friendly and helpful. Check out was guick and easy. Would stay there again."

"Everything was lovely. Had several incidents with the neighbors blocking the entrance to the residence. Will definitely consider this as a return location. Luis was on top of everything."
