"All staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay, making my travel experience truly enjoyable. Especially the bartenders Jordanny Joan and German. The hotel is clean, safe and quiet exactly what I need but I was very disappointed with the food and drinks, very little options. We paid for VIP service but we had to walk outside of the hotel just for a drink which was the same as the regular bar. DONT PAY VIP"

"The property is beautifully kept, the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The entertainment staff go above and beyond, theyre truly amazing. Snack bar by the beach is a nice convinent touch. All the bartenders are exceptional at ensuring to serve you quickly. Very friendly atmosphere and i personally will return to bluebay villas. Do recommend bringing beach towels, only one supplied in room and no where to exchange it or get a second if there is more then one guest in the room. "
