"Had a great time at the property and the food was great too. The number of restaurants were limited though and they all aren't open always so had some terrible getting some bookings in. The guest help desk was able to hook us up with some reservations when we requested them but couldn't get it ourselves on the app. Overall experience was great and the staff was very accommodating but I wish they had more number of events throughout the day (especially in the open) to keep the Caribbean vibe alive throughout."

"The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The orchid garden is peaceful and sublime. The absolute best thing about the hotel is the staff. Everyone from check in, Jose and Claudia, to check out was fantastic. Housekeeping was excellent with superb attention to detail, the wait staff were patient and knowledgeable and the beach staff was accommodating and friendly. The night security guard even got cushions for us so we could stargaze in comfort! It was a wonderful visit for me and my elderly parents. Thank you! We will be back!! "

"The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The day and night entertainment, along with social gatherings, made for a fun and lively atmosphere. There’s a wide variety of food and drinks available almost 24/7, catering to different tastes. While the rooms could use some renovation, the overall experience is fantastic. The beautiful beach and accessible pool add to the charm, making it a great relaxing place. Overall, it’s definitely worth it!"

"The staff does so much to make sure the stay is great. We have gone to Gran Ventana for 16 years and love it. We had no water due to a pump issue in town and the staff was lugging buckets to help flush toilets and make it so it was barely noticeable. The staff works so hard! no water was not in their control, but they did great to accommodate the situation. Beaches are great. The food is amazing! There is enough shade or sun depending on your preference. Rooms are clean and stocked daily. A great worry free vacation!"
