They say they don’t take reservations for dinners, so you show up at 6:30 or 7 pm (a reasonable time to eat dinner) and they tell you they have no more seating for the night. You look in the restaurant and it is half full. When you ask for an explanation they say that you have to show up at 5:30, when they open, and put your name on a wait list. Then...

"The workers there were exceptional. The hotel was clean. Food was decent. Plenty of activities and bars! I just wish they had more chaise lounges by the pools. I was there for 5 days and only once did i get one. Either add more adult pools with lounges or put in more lounges at the adult pools already there. That was my only gripe about my stay. I thank all the workers there, you are all wonderful and so kind!"
