The home has a wonderful view from the roof deck, and the space could be improved with additional furniture such as loungers, deck umbrella, and evening lighting. The house is well furnished and is comfortable. As a rental property it does show some minor wear and tear, but this is primarily cosmetic and didn’t impact the enjoyment of the home. "The home is very comfortable with good AC and outdoor pool. An Uber to downtown is only $4 and they are quick and attentive, so you can go several times a day. There is a very nice neighborhood restaurant only a block away for breakfast lunch and dinner. Clean and tasty. There is also a convenience store two blocks away for small items. Walmart is close as well. This residence was a great choice and is pet friendly. The only downside was had the property manager not just happen to be there and...

The property also included a washer and dryer. The outdoor patio, complete with a hot tub, and the views from the rooftop terrace added to our unforgettable experience.
