"The property is lovely but the hosts have everything set up so you are entirely dependent on them. We could not get our rental car to the property, even though they said a front wheel drive would be all right. If we needed a four wheel drive, they should have told us so we could rent one! So they would have to shuttle us any time we wanted to leave the property. The swimming pool was covered and we weren’t allowed to use it without asking them to take the cover off. "Beautiful new hotel. We would stay there again. Pool area on the roof very nice and a great view. I told the front desk that the stovetop (estufa) in our room wouldn’t work and a couple of days later I told the girl who cleaned the room that it still didn’t work. She got on her phone right away and told someone but again nothing was fixed. We stayed there for 8 nights and it would have been nice to cook something for a change. "

"Overall stay was pretty good. The walls are very thin so we could hear all the other doors slamming in the complex, and traffic was extremely loud. Breakfast is average for what you’d get out of a hotel. Pool is good, with chairs around for sun tanning. We did see quite a few of very small ant like bugs throughout the room, but not so much that we were concerned. Don’t know that we’d be eager to book again, but would recommend considering it if the price fits your budget. "
