Also, being just 10 minutes away from San Jose is a plus!The owner was easy to communicate with and he made sure we had what we needed throughout our stay! House manager was there to greet us and was very helpful showing us all the ropes of the home!It’s a must to use Ariel and Rosie to prepare a wonderful meal! Better than most restaurants!!We can’t wait to come back and stay...

"Palmilla is a little oasis of beauty and calm. The property is very well located and spacious with a large terrace. “Brand new” is an inaccurate description though. The furnishings look brand new, but the apartment itself is not (a neighbor shared this). It’s beautifully decorated with a well equipped kitchen, new washer and dryer, and comfy beds. Management was responsive to any needs. We would definitely stay here again."
