"Royal Solaris met our expectations for a convenient all inclusive experience with small kids. Room was clean and well equipped, location of room on ground floor was perfect for easy access to both the main pool and kiddie pool/kids club. Kids club was great for little ones to get some movie and activity time (coloring, bracelet making, painting). Kiddie pools had a few slides, good enough to keep kids busy for hours. Main pool is huge with lots of shaded pool chairs, have to place towels to reserve early in the morning. Only issue with the main pool was that water was a bit cold and it was 4 feet all throughout, having 2-3 feet depth variations would be good for smaller kids learning to swim. Staff were courteous and helpful everywhere we went at the property. Dining options at the buffet cafe were nice, good for families. There is a mexican and greek/Mediterranean restaurant which can be reserved for dinner via the app. Add a 4 to the room number when registering in the app. Reservations open up at 7 pm every night. Beach access is great, water is choppy with big waves, need to be careful. Overall an excellent vacation at an affordable price."

"Recently stayed for 3 nights following our wedding at another resort. We loved how private and relaxing this adults only location was. The food & drinks were top notch. The Asian restaurant was a favorite and room service did not disappoint. If you have a sweet tooth - don't skip on the carrot cake or flan. By the pool we enjoyed grilled shrimp tacos and octopus ceviche. They got our order wrong one day and brought fried shrimp tacos, which were also delicious. The pools were lovely. We enjoyed that you didn't have to exchange cards for towels and there were plenty of chairs. One pool has more activities and music, the other is a bit more relaxing and quiet. While this resort didn't have a lot of activities going on it ranked high for us if you are looking for a place to unwind and enjoy high quality food. You could go visit their other properties. We didn't have a chance to do this. The one downside, while some resorts have a relaxed policy on staying onsite once you check out, this resort only lets you use your AI bracelet until 12pm. They then require you to pay for anything additional you order. "

"We've been going to Pueblo Bonito Blanco now for over 10 years, once or twice a year. Always a pleasure. Every room has a great ocean view. Excellent food options (including dining at the sister resort, Sunset, on the Pacific side). The staff are all unfailingly friendly and helpful. Nice beach and pools. The place has some classic charm that a lot of the newer resorts don't have. A bit of advice: If at all possible, avoid ANY beach resort like this during college breaks. The college crowd are drunk and crude and tend to spoil vacations for people who want a pleasant experience. "
