"My 2nd time here and I love this property. The atmosphere is relaxed and there was plenty of staff around including security at night. I love that the property is gated. The pool setup is just right and the food at the restaurant is pretty good although we didn't eat there too much. The only obstacle was that check-in was a bit wonky as we arrived on a Sunday. Nobody at the check-in area, and the staff that ended up helping didn't speak much English so we figured out a few things on our own...

"Great condo over looking the beach. Sat and Sun music from the Arroyo river under the freeway under pass was unbearable!! Constant all night long, No sleep for the front bedroom. Don’t stay there on a weekend! The condo had great amenities. Private pool and pool and jacuzzi on the property. Easy access to the beach. Uber works great there! Air conditioners need adjustments they were very load. Everyone had a good time. The condo also had boogie boards, snorkels and mask. Beach chairs too. ...

"Hacienda Beach & Residences is a great Cabo location. Bldg 5 is premier. Hosts were easy to communicate with and listed the property perfectly. Bed was so comfortable, bathroom was well stocked and spacious, we didn't use the kitchen much, but it was well supplied for our needs. The pools, beach, restaurant and staff are excellent! We will definitely be back! Great vacation!"

"The property is beautiful. The condo is clean, nicely decorated and has comfy furnishings. We enjoyed the patio and being close to the beach, pool/hot tub. We could see whales and flying fish from the living room & patio! The owner is very responsive. The property manager arranged our airport transportation which went well. We had a really good time and didn’t want to leave!"

"The location and view did not disappoint. We were bummed that the umbrella on the patio was broken. Tried to get a hold of someone on sight listed in the book but never got a response. Some of the linens were dirty and behind bed and couch. We didn’t let it impact our trip. We loved the property and will come back. "
