For the money, it was nice and a good value. The food was good but not fantastic. The grounds were in good shape. Older clientele generally. Friendly service from all. Breakfast was the best meal.

The hotel, overall, was fine and the staff were very pleasant. Limited dining options mostly the standard all inclusive buffet. We had a lovely time but our first two days we had to request ( late in the afternoon ) that our room be cleaned. We also like coffee in the morning but 3 of 7 mornings had none in our room. Of note our room was on the third floor and there is only one elevator that goes up one floor. We are fine with stairs but this could be an issue for others. All in all is was good. I highly recommend visiting SJDC.
