"This property was absolutely beautiful. The staff super friendly. Location was good, about 15 mins walking to the lake. The staff helped me decorate the room for my girlfriends birthday which was fantastic. Only regret was not staying longer, only had one night in the Mt. Fuji area but very glad we stayed here. "

The loungewear were so comfortable and I am glad we were able to wear them everywhere in the hotel, including mealtimes. The kaiseki meals were innovative and delicious. Loved that there were e-bikes available to roam around. Check in and check out process were efficient. Worth the trip and will definitely return. Highly recommend!"

"Booked the deluxe unit, seems like only deluxe unit have roof top balcony, which have the mount Fuji View. Many eateries and convenience store nearby. For Drivers, the villa provided free parking. Most of the shops around the area has free parking. The rooms are clean, the living hall is huge. "

I was surprised with all the staff attitude from beginning when I arrived (from the driver to the house staffs) I would love to see a varity of dinning menu in the future. There indooor private onsen is really nice and clean, however, there is no public onsen that people can experience like tradition bath house but its understandable and not a big deal. Overall, this was pleasent experienment...

"Lovely location right next to the lake, the cabin is not too big but there's enough space for a family. The beds are on the loft, which is accessible through a ladder. It's a bit hard to find the entrance to the property. Great communication from the host. "
