"We had the best time on our 1 night stay here. We booked a room with a private onsen and half board. It was very easy for us to call for the hotel shuttle when we arrived at Kawaguchiko Station. There is an area for hotel shuttle pick up where we waited for only 10 min or so. Our accommodations were clean and comfortable. The heater in the room worked well. The private bathroom, shower, and onsen all worked well. I loved that we had a view of Mt Fuji from our private onsen bath when the clouds...

"This is a very nice camping ground location. The name is actually called Workshop camp resort. The google maps address is wrong, continue up the road past 2 other properties. The palace cabins are basic, good size. The hot water did not work in our cabin. Pretty location in the forest."
