"Great place in the lake Kawaguchi area. A very large space that would have easily handled 4 even though we were only three. Lots o activities especially for families. A great onsen on premise. Staff was super helpful and friendly even bringing us some roasted corn to our room as we showed interest as we walked past him. "

"We stayed here in hopes of seeing Mt. Fuji and got the best view. We enjoyed a relaxing day of rain, but woke to sun and a great view. The property is clean and staff freinsly. It was a birthday trip and they noticed it on my passport and created a sign and gift. Should’ve read the details on the website to bring food in, but they were willing to help. Will for sure stay if ever in the area again. "

"Amazing beautiful property peaceful and felt like a mini home away from home. Staff was amazing definitely come back just to stay here for a gateway. Their is food and grocery store near by so make super easy to grab stuff and make at your place "

"Very big villa room with beautiful Mt Fuji views from living room & bedroom. A huge luggage & closet room separated from bedrooms. Staff were all very nice & friendly & there’s an english speaking Lady staff, who recommended us to join the Summer Festival with beautiful fireworks near hotel. She helped us with a lot of our enquiries & assisted us with a nice house tour & introduction of nearby areas. "Very pleasant stay. Great view of Mt. Fuji right at the front door of the resort. Everything you need is provided. Best dinner ever with the BBQ they provided. We bought very fresh food at nearby supermarket and grilled them for dinner. Staffs were really helpful while I sprained my ankle the first night. Appreciated their help."

"located not nearby tran station , but the house owner provided free shuttle service, and drove us to a big supermarket nearby. only few minutes walk from the house to lake side, Fujiyama is right over there,beautiful view. there is a very big bathtub in the house, so good, recommend to all vistiors who love Fujiyama"

"Staff was super lovely upon check in. Please be advised they may need your booking confirmation number if you booked through Expedia or another third party. We got a room with a Mt.Fuji view and it was absolutely one of my favorite parts of my entire trip to Japan. For this price, I can’t recommend HaoStay enough. It is also short walk from Kawaguchiko station & a short walking distance from some restaurants & a convenience store. 10/10!"
