"The area is close to Fuji Q highland amusement park but you do not hear it when inside the hotel. It is walking distance from some bus stations and if you are willing to walk a little longer it is about 20 minutes to kawaguchiko station. The hot springs were nice and had options for both inside and outside springs. The only issue that we had was with our fridge. Very glad I picked the room with the Mount Fuji view. Staff were very friendly. There is a strict 3pm check in however you can leave your luggage if you arrive early. You just take off your shoes when entering past the lobby up to your room. You must give you shoe locker and room keycard at front desk whenever you leave...
