"Stayed here with husband and toddler (age 3.5 year old) for a night. We arrived at check in time (walked from bus station - about 10-15 min). A shuttle service was available but we decided to walk this time. Service from start to finish was amazing. The hotel was beautiful during the fall season. We stayed in the west wing. "Staff was very friendly, room was very spacious. Food was excellent with a great view of mount Fuji. Easy to find with GPS and lots of parking. Very quick drive down to the city, if renting a car be sure to equip winter tires in the winter months incase it starts to snow. "

"Owner provided transport to railway station out of goodwill when local taxis were all busy. There is a bus stop outside however the first bus reach at 9:30am while the last bus leaves the railway station at 4:40pm. Be prepared to use taxis quite often which cost 2000 yen from the railway station"
