"Easy access to Gatwick airport via a mostly covered walkway. Room was spacious enough for our overnight stay and dining options were good. Garden restaurant wait staff were excellent."

"Every thing was excellent parking £40 a night but greeted by very friendly helpful butlers dressed in bowler hats Rupert bare trousers. Very cool. I figured if i had not driven and caught the train it would have worked out very expensive . Had a lovely meal in the cyan restaurant and a wonderful weekend. The weather was crap.but we still got to the lanes shopping and donatellos in the evening. I highly recommend the grand.... dressed in bkooky outfits."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful going that extra few inches without any prompting. The room and public areas were clean and the food was very good. the only issue I had (although it didn't affect me personally) was that I was upgraded to a accessible room (not a problem in itself) but I did have to jump a little bit to get onto the bed and I was wondering how easy is would be for someone with limited mobility to get onto a bed that was higher than average"
