The parking was so convenient and the cottage was extremely well equipped, not that we needed a washing machine. I would unhesitatingly recommend it. "Cottage is great, very cosy and the location for being close to all the attractions of Brighton. The downside of the location is the noise when people using the alley way go home… one night students seemed to flow past making a racket till gone 1am… the other nights were not as noisy but when your on holiday doesn’t seem to matter. Would recommend "

"This cottage is lovely, we fell in love with the well equipped kitxhen and pantry. The garden qnd house was lovely for our Labrador Gatsby. We went out and explored the downs and the coast everyday. Lovely pub qt end of road. The host is amazing, so friendly and helpful. We plan to come again"

"A very pleasant long weekend at North Lodge. Location is peaceful but well located, plenty of amenities nearby. The house is cute and full of character. The kitchen/diner is a particularly nice space with patio doors out to the pretty little garden with mature shrubs and seating area. The kitchen is very well appointed. The bathroom would benefit from a bin and unit/stand to put products/wash bags on when in the bath. A few hangers in both the double bedrooms would be handy. The beds are...

"This lovely cottage proved the ideal venue for our family to get together for a special birthday celebration. Plenty of room for 6 adults, and we appreciated the large dining table. Whole property immaculately clean and equipped with everything we could have wished for. Beautifully furnished and very warm and cosy for an old cottage. Wish it had been summer to take advantage of the lovely garden too! Plenty of places to visit and explore nearby."
