"Nice brand new building with well equipped apartments. Check-in process is not very straightforward though and we had to contact the company many times for different issues during the process of pre-check-in and check-in. Apartment was not ready at 3pm. Also parking is very expensive and on top of that they want you to remove the car as soon as you check out so you can’t spend the day and collect car later which is a shame and very unusual."

"We're frequent visitors to the Brighton area, and this place is such a gem that I'm almost reluctant to share it! The views are gorgeous, the apartment is small but well thought out and super cosy and comfortable. It's peaceful with easy parking and great transport links to Brighton. We'll definitely be back."

"Property was perfect, cosy and comfortable. It has everything you need inside. The little added extras were a sweet touch ( cheese and crackers, jug of milk, bottled water). Location is superb, lots to do around the Area, nice pubs. Great communication with the owner. Didn't want to leave. I stayed with my 2 children and my dog. Would definately stay again."

"We had a lovely stay at Julie’s place. She was a great host, eg sorting out some toys for the kids. The place was as expected, a lovely compact two-bed flat with very nice furnishings etc. It’s a basement/ground floor flat so there is a bit of footfall noise from the place upstairs - no other noise but worth being aware of if that kind of thing bothers you. "

"We had the most amazing time in Brighton. We came to move our daughter into the University and explored her new home town. 50B the Garden View apartment was absolutely perfect for us. The buses took us everywhere and the train station was within walking distance to take us to London for a weekend getaway. We loved Preston Park and the Fives Ways with all of the wonderful fresh food options. Julie and Bruce are such wonderful hosts. They definitely go above and beyond for their guests. Very...

"Reception staff were excellent - extremely attentive and friendly - buffet breakfast was delicious- would definitely stay here again! Also the NCP car park is right opposite the hotel and as a guest you get a discount on the price 😎"

THE place for an early start.

"It was in the airport itself, the room wasn’t huge, the bed was fitted in the width of the room, the room was spotless, the bath room had toilet basin and shower was the whole of the bathroom, it was all you needed, free coffee machine on level 7, and food was 20% off at the outside catering establishments. Really good place to stay, we are lucky enough to get a coach from near our house, so no car parking hassle."
