"We are a family of 3, stayed for 3 nights with breakfast and dinner included. The hotel is lovely, clean and quiet. We all slept well as there were no noise of banging doors, people walking in the hallway and no street noise either. Location is great as close to carpark, Albert Docks and the shopping mall. Nice restaurants around but we ate in the hotel. The food is delicious especially the breakfast. The size of the room is good. There are plenty of storage space. The bed is comfortable....

"First time we have stayed at this hotel, after a recommendation from our son’s partners parents and was very happy with the stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and interaction with them seemed like no trouble. The room itself was very comfortable and had everything you could have hoped for in a mid priced hotel room, with the bed very comfortable, the bathroom very clean and new feeling. There was tea and coffee making facilities and some complimentary cans of still water and also...

"Lovely hotel within walking disrance ro the Riyal Albert Docks and City Centre. Parking is conveniently nearby and reduced for hotel guests. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very varied and great choice of food. Room spacious and choice of different pillows. Great view over the city and the Mersey. Minor thing is that for a 4 star hotel the coffee in the room is unfortunately instant Nescafe. So many better oprions available, maybe something to look into. Other than that no issue...

"The only downside of my stay was being asked to submit my credit card details in case i trashed the room , and also being asked for photo id. Which fortunately i had on me in the form of my O.A.P bus pass. I have stayed at a number of Easy Hotels around the country and never been asked for these items so it kind of felt a bit strange , other than that initial issue all good . "
