"Village hotel Warrington is a nice hotel and it's short walk to city centre with good choice of restaurants, pubs and cafes. It's own restaurant is alright but the food choice is limited and maybe a bit expensive. Rooms are clean and comfortable, there's gym and swimming pool worth visiting and a café inside the hotel, good breakfast, free parking, overall a good choice of hotel in the area, certainly recommended. "

"We had a very good welcome when we arrived late due to a wedding we were attending. Quick and efficient check-in. Rooms were generally good, although the shower had signs of orange bacteria and some black mould on the ceiling. "On arrival to the hotel it has lovely grounds surrounding the hotel, check in was quick and easy. The room itself was dated but clean I would recommend but could do with some modernizing. "
