Also in bar area there were cobwebs and dead flies in the chandelier and there were cobwebs in the ceiling atriums in the corridors. ...

Kids running about along the hallways and in the big garden area when youre trying to relax and unwind with a meal and a drink is quite annoying. "The property was ideal for our break, very clean and well kept. Staff that we interacted with were friendly and helpful and polite. The only thing we were disappointed with was that the sauna wasn't in operation but everything else was great and as described. We travelled to Chester by train and found the public transport and taxis very reasonably priced with the local buses stopping almost outside of the hotel drive. We would have no hesitation in staying here again, a very good experience...

"Staff were very helpful. Receptionist let us swap rooms when allocated room was right next to lift & I was worried I wouldn’t sleep because of noise. One of the housekeeping staff ran my partner to the wedding venue we had been at the day before when he was unable to get a taxi "
