"“We stayed for two nights and were very happy with the staff, as well as the early check-in after a long overnight flight. The room on level 9, which is my favorite, was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The only issue was that the towels appeared worn out from overuse."

"This hotel is conveniently located just over the central railroad station. There are lots of restaurants in the shopping centre next to the railroad station and the breakfast that is included in the hotel is excellent. "

"We stayed at the Park Royal hotel last year and it was much closer to all amenities The serviced suites is not had but not as good as the hotel, bit walking distance to Bukit Bintang It's not top notch stay but its ok overall, friendly staff, accommodating and safe. The property itself is a bit old from inside however it looks great from outside The highlight was sky roof pool, was great, clean and the hot spa was magnificent Overall it was a pleasant stay."

"There is no mirror in close proximity of any power supply outlet for hair dryer. The power outlet in bathroom is only god for shaver. End up using power outlet and mirror in living room and they are 15 feet apart."

"The hotel was very nice and well located near to a train station. The hotel staff that we did interact with were fantastic with great customer service. The only let down was the breakfast buffet which we only went to on the last day. Unfortunately the food wasn't up to much, variety was lacking and there were probably too few staff to manage the hoards."

While the location is nice, and the property itself has a lot of potential, the experience was disappointing due to a lack of basic services and communication issues. Firstly, there was no housekeeping at all during my entire stay, which was frustrating and left the room feeling neglected. This made a big difference in the overall comfort and cleanliness, which are essentials for any hotel...
