"We have been going to this hotel fir about 20 years. The new refurbishment of the reception bar and restaraunt is fabulous. However' the rooms are in need of the same. They are now tired and in poor state."

Helpful friendly staff. Bus route into town only a 3 or 4 minutes walk to the bus stop, bus 23 or 27 more regular, about every 15 minutes into the City Centre. A few restaurants, cafes only a short walk away on the main road opposite the road entrance to the hotel."

"Small room. V basic as expected. Bed awful. No chair, very little flat surfaces to pop things on. Bathroom was glass walled. No privacy for using the loo other than a bit of frosting. TV unusable really due to position. No code for discount at the Qpark car park so had to pay full price £26. Excellent location. Excellent chap on reception. "

"Location near the center of Leeds, this property is well maintained, and the room was comfortable. Our floor was not noisy, and lift service can be slow at times. Breakfast spread was good, though more signage to remind guests to clear their trays are needed."
