Lovely friendly staff - super big comfy bed and shower/ bathroom . Breakfast had lots of options - loved the handcut sourdough bread . Overall a wonderful stay and will stay again.

Good location and helpful staff. However the bed is so uncomfortable, even after the staff added a mattress topper/duvet over the mattress. It was too firm to sleep on, and the pillows were also rubbish. I won’t be staying here again.

Hotel itself was great, breskfast great, room size good, only negative was the bed!! It was like sleeping on cornflakes, the noise just sitting on it was awful, if you moved an inch once laid down, it was horrendous!

Hotel is nice and modern, room ok size with clean bathroom. Parking is offsite at local NCP - a bit of a squeeze but discount available from hotel. Breakfast buffet has a good selection, was quite crowded both days (weekend). Location is very good for walking around the city and close to good restaurants in the evening for a short walk back.

The hotel is little our of the way from attractions. Parking is horrendous. We were given a disability type room, which wasn't requested and was slightly inconvenient (shower, toilet) if you are not disabled. So not too happy with that and the mattress was lumpy. 1 night was ok.
