Was put in room 554 at the back of hotel , ceiling fan / light not working, windows not closing tight allowing wind howling in , cleaner not leaving any milk/ tea bags in room , in restaurant had to wait 30 mins for a drink ended up going to bar myself, hotel understaffed, mainly all students not there fault they tried there best , all in all not good for crown spa reputation! !!

Lovely stay, excellent gym and spa. Could update the TV'S and the carpet in our room. I left my necklace in the room and rang 3 days later to hear they had found it and will send it to me.

WiFi was very poor in our room. Signal very weak or nothing at all. Also TV in room was very small and could not watch any channels as again no signal. Channels frozen or just pixels, no radio through TV either so could not do anything in room. Room nice and clean, staff great, breakfast good too.

The hotel is in need of refurbishment as furniture is tired and in need of replacement. Some attention needs to be paid to the cleaning, especially in the breakfast area. Staff were lovely. Tv needbooster or socke5s checking ,could only get 2 channels
