"we loved everything about the stay beautiful city view and more the bars and gym inside. What i disliked was how they told us to get a parking pass bring it back to the front desk to get scanned and we was fine but never said we would get charged for the parking and $170 was taken off my card so i had to call in and complain and the manager issued me the full refund back ! "

"We had a short but pleasant stay at the Sonesta Suits. Check-in was easy and they welcomed our dog. The rooms were spacious. The location is great-- next to the lake, bars, restaurants, and shopping. The bathroom could have used a better cleaning (especially the tub). Also, there were a couple random charges on my card by the hotel that I can't account for. I plan to call them when I return home to ask for an explanation. Parking is expensive at $72/day, but that is comparable to other hotel...
