"Good room size for 3 people move around. There are noise come from evaluators motor for all night. I guess my room closes to the evaluators. There is only towels change for this hotel and no one tidy up your bedding for 4 nights stay. May be, this is called Eco Friendly system from this hotel."

"We booked 2 nights here but didn’t realize how tiny the rooms were. So by the 2nd day we checked out early and booked the Disneyland hotel and wasted the 2nd night of staying here. I would only recommend this hotel or this chain of hotels if you are a single traveler. If there are 2 of you trying to stay here, it’s a bit squishy and crammed. I had to get out of here. Great restaurants nearby to eat! But the room size itself and the pool deck being closed too were two thumbs down for us. The kids...

"Overall a great stay with a value price. The room size is big, staffs are helpful and friendly. However, the cleaning service need to improve and the air conditioning need to turn on / service, as it was NOT WORKING and we were sweating all night during our stay in April! "

"Convenient location around the corner from Shibuya scramble crossing. Service staff were lovely. Drinking water coolers were available on our floor which was more convenient than single use plastic bottles. Rooms a bit small with limited space to have large suitcase open."

"The hotel & staff are impecable. The location is perfect for Kabuchiko & the area, however far enough away to not be disturbed by touts & noisy revellers. The street is loned with Korean & Japanese restaraunts & plenty of supermarkets & convenience stores that open 24 hours. The rooms at APA hotels really would benefit from having a safe to keep valuables safe however"

"Super nice facility! Staff was so helpful, right across the street from the station with easy access to the entire city. Very quiet neighborhood and multiple restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely be back!"

"GREAT LOCATION! So close to the train station and Odawara castle, and just an hour bus ride away from Hakone. We got the cheapest room and the mattress quality reflected it. The ryokan we stayed in had thicker mattresses. But you get what you pay for so I can’t complain too much."
