"Hotel is well located between bus / train terminus and Chester city centre. It struggles with large influx of people at Sunday breakfast with queuing out the door at peak times. The 1 lift in the main hotel is also a. bottleneck at check in/ departure times. The TV in the bedroom was “elderly” and they deserve a revamp. Notwithstanding these observations we felt it was good value, the staff were welcoming and attentive. The gym facilities looked excellent."

"Doing a road trip from London to Lake District this was a perfect stop. 5-10 minutes from the highway, 10 minutes walk into the very pretty town of Lymm. Outstanding value: we got a lovely room (first shown had just a roof out our window but given another option on request with open view) Bed was a very comfortable Queen with outstanding bedding, bathroom had a soaker tub - shower (great for my 6'3" husband).
