" I have to say my favorite part of the stay way the stunning views across the Mersey or meal times when I felt that the staff was genuinely interested in hearing about all of the guests' activities and where they had been or were they was going. Nothing was too much trouble, and being remembered by name made the experience even more special. "This was my second stay and my feelings are still mostly positive. The two minor things I wished they would improve are the game area on "The Now" level. Some games or items need repairing like the 2 guitars they hang on the wall, which were either out of tune or with broken strings.
