"Great location for visiting the NEC. Lovely hotel, clean and spacious with friendly staff. Our room, a basic double, was clean and roomy, great shower. Good Wi-Fi. Good breakfast and a good variety of choice for evening meal. Also a pub within minutes walking distance. Great value for money."

"Unfortunately had an issue with the first room as it had no t.v. Rang reception and the lady straight away with new room which was now a double two rooms away She left and said take your time. At reception she did say to have the two keys as sometimes they don’t work I tried both keys twice without success so returned to reception with my luggage in tow. Apologies and reset keys. Said if any issues phone from the phone near the lift which unfortunately I didn’t see and had to return to...

"The hotel is very good value for money, nice rooms, adequate size, located right next to Saint Paul metro station in the jewlery quarter. Very good breakfast and the staff are very friendly and helpful."
