"From the first minute we walked through the door you could tell the hotel was a very special place, steeped in history and charm a truly beautiful place and staff were excellent, we only stayed one night but will be back again hopefully when the weather gets warmer I could imagine it’s even better when the weather improves in summer, breakfast was fantastic and you could see quality produce has been used , slight niggle, we wasn’t offered the option is poached eggs it was only when I saw others...

"An excellent family weekend to celebrate an 80th birthday. Lovely comfy beds. Good to have two dishwashers. Tumble drier not terribly efficient so a clothes maiden would have been helpful. Overall, a lovely stay."

"Nice property, larger than you would expect from the photos. Garden was great for the dog and fully enclosed.Property was very comfortable and the hot tub was a nice touch, just a shame we only stayed 2 nights. Overall the property was clean but we did find the oven, grill pan and some cutlery hadn't been cleaned. Really enjoyed our stay and would like to return for a little longer next time."
