"The pillows were terrible and gone beyond usage for a hotel. There was also a dirty one left in the cupboard with stains from previous guests on it. The floor above our room was very noisy, which meant the insulation is not very good, which contributed to noise disturbance in our room."

"Fairly average hotel with aging, basic room amenities that is doable for an overnight stay. There are shuttle services (not provided by the hotel) from the hotel into NYC in the morning but beware that the tickets can sell out. "

"I’ve stayed here a couple times before and each time gets better and better! My fam and I came to the city and had to find a place last minute, luckily I remembered the name of this place and was happy we got a room. I remember the kind manager last time we stayed and he allowed us with a later check out. Thank you! Free breakfast and we love the waffles, now they have a strawberry flavor. But they really improved the place and looks great. Everyone there is nice and kind and eager to help....
