"It was really nice! We stayed in cottage 10 and the host really has added some nice touches. It is decorated really cute and there are robes, slippers, ear plugs, nice shampoo etc. It was quiet and mellow. This unit has a kitchenette with a little coffee pot and supplies. The grounds are really nice and cozy too with multiple sitting areas with fire pits, outdoor string lights. Really nice and welcoming. "This is a very dated property, and the property's location down winding side roads was hard to find and not very close to Grass Valley/ Nevada City. The facility dates back to the 1960's, and it shows its age and some neglect. Little has been done to maintain or update it. All that said, the staff was nice, and they do offer one of the few opportunities for short term accommodations at a reasonable price. For that reason, it is adequate for a short stay for the budget conscious if you're willing...
