"We had a great time in Soda Springs. The house is super close to Sugar Bowl, Tom was extremely responsive to any questions, my kids absolutely adored the decor (my 5-year-old said it was her "favorite hotel ever!!"). Very much appreciated the safety gate at the top of the steps. We hope to return next time we are in the area to ski!!"

"Really enjoyed our stay here. Seemed like the whole place had just been redone - very clean. The setup worked well for our group with my elderly in laws staying on the main floor and my family with kids under 12 staying on the lower level. Lots of space indoors to hang out. Only negatives are that we couldn't get live TV - usually not an issue but we wanted to watch the Olympics. Netflix was available though so kids were happy :) And no table on the back deck to eat. "My family stayed at this cabin over Labor Day weekend. It fit 8 adults comfortably. The location was perfect, with public piers right across the street. It was also a short drive to Old Truckee. The beds were very comfortable and all the furniture was cozy. The only downside was the size of the shower stalls, which were a tight fit for all. Overall, however, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this cabin to anyone."

"This was first time in the area, We had most wonderful stay at hodge podge lodge. The house was beautiful and sparking clean, well organized and have everything what we needed for stay. It located in nice neighborhood near soda spring ski resort. The house was warm and cozy , heater was good , wood stove was nice touch with plenty of firewood supplies. The bedroom was spacious and beds were comfortable. It was big plus to have easy in and out drive way to the house. We definitely recommend...

"This house was perfect for our group. It had plenty of space to accommodate everyone with enough extra room so you didn’t feel crowded. We really enjoyed having the pool table downstairs. We all enjoyed it and it was a place that the teenagers could have to themselves. Good location. Everything you could possibly in terms of kitchen gadgets, pots and pans is there, although it could be organized better and some of the pots need replacing. It was a very comfortable home for us."

"I stayed here with my 5 girlfriends for a weekend to celebrate my 50th. After a couple of them left, some of the Dads came up with the kids. The property was spacious with ample bathrooms. Everything was really clean. My friends enjoyed the extra spices that were left behind in the pantry for cooking our meals. We roamed the property near the creek and the kids enjoyed the fair garden.
