"My wife and I stayed for a few days. We love downtown Nevada City and you really can’t be any closer with this stay. So convenient to be able to pop in and out while enjoying all of what downtown has to offer. Apartment was very clean and new, great kitchen all new appliances. "

"Studio itself was very clean and the main area was spacious for the three of us and our grehyhound. The main floor had a daybed, with a hide-away for another person. The loft had one bed for two. There is not much height in the loft so you do have to crouch to get into bed. It was fine for our purpose. The ladder/stairs to get up were a bit narrow at the top but they felt pretty sturdy and safe. The 1/2 bath is located just outside the door, approx 10ft away for our use only. Not a big deal for...

"Although the land around the property is quite beautiful, the property itself is quite cluttered. I didn’t like hearing someone tromp back and forth above the ceiling in the mornings and fairly late at night. One of the reasons that I avoid hotels is to NOT have to listen to the noise of others. "Cute little upstairs unit. Cozy but okay for 2 or three people. Inflatable hot tub was an added bonus."

"The condo was nice and accurately described. The bed was comfortable, lots of hot water with good water pressure. Kitchenette was well stocked. The balcony could have used a little love/upgraded furniture . It was dirty, dusty with ? Owners dusty shoes, two painted bird houses and a plastic sled and some other stuff all covered in thick dust and cob webs. The table was wobbly and dusty. It would have been a nice place to drink morning coffee. I was disappointed that it cost $20/pp per day to use...

"The studio was fine… smaller than we thought and the building as a whole was pretty dated, but the studio seemed updated. Location wasn’t bad, close enough drive to town, but away from the crowds. Walls are paper thin, so you hear everything going on around you in all the other units. It worked for what we needed, but will look elsewhere next time."

"The cabin itself was great and our family had a great time. There is a snowstorm that came through while we were there and was impressed how quickly the streets and our driveway were plowed the next day. Would come again!"
