"The overall stay was ok. My heater was loud in my first room and I was able to switch rooms the second night. The rooms need upgrading but ok for an overnight stay. No one answered when I called the front desk several times from my room phone so I had to call the hotel directly for assistance on two separate occasions. The front desk agent, Kim, was very nice and polite. The continental breakfast was ok. The juice was very diluted and the oatmeal was instant in packages."

"I was here for about 43 days and i will tell you its a great location, one block frim magnificant mile food and shopping. Transportation is only a block away from bus and train.frint desk is very helpfull amd always willing tonheld if need be, very friendly. Breakfast is pretty solid, eggs, cinnamin rolls waffle maker , beef and turkey sausage as well.
