"We’ve stayed in the Volcano area three times and this was the best accommodation by far. Check-in was flawless and our room was clean, large, and comfortable. The hosts have thought of everything. I received a free upgrade to the king room on the ground floor, but there was a persistent musty smell, similar to a gym locker. The dehumidifier in the room would not work, despite the instructions to juggle the tank until the light turns off. I suspect this is the cause of the smell.
