"The Inn at Kulaniapia Falls is an absolute hidden gem on the Big Island. You have your own waterfall! And you only need to share it with a few other guests! How do you get better than that? "The Islands at the Mauna Lani were incredible. Great location on the NW side of the island means lots of sun (and sunsets) with the occasional breeze. The villa was spotless and well stocked - really felt like a home away from home. The Islands have their own pool (which was often empty!) complete with a waterfall and a cave which proved popular with the kids. You also get access to the beach club which is a short drive or a 20 minute hike (through beautiful lava fields and fish ponds) away. "
