Oceanfront 4th floor 1 BR facing (west) the ocean provided amazing views. The comfortable balcony was perfect for breakfast with crashing surf and enjoying evening sunsets. Loved the location, right on the beach. Maintenance of our unit was a bit lacking. The dishwasher did not work, the balcony furniture was weathered and rusty, no light on the balcony, sliding screen fell out of the tracks and the odor out of the master bath sink was foul. All minor things that are easily fixed.
