"We paid extra to get the landmark view (not the city view), but they gave us the city view room even when I asked the desk lady. because I booked through 3rd party, I don't think they honored it. and the room was very tight for family of 4. but other than that, it was great. great location, great help from "bell boy" staff who kept our luggages etc."

"Great location to go to NYC, the bus stop is just across the street. Bus are comfortable and the ride is nice. Parking is free at the hotel. Breakfast is good, however, very limited gluten free options. We asked one day for the staff to clean the room, which was not done, probably due to lack of employees. Also, the air conditioner is noisy. Overall, a good stay. I would still go back given the price and easy access to the city."

"Nice hotel but we had one of the smallest rooms with a window that provided almost no light, and through it we saw only a window to another room about 2 meters away from us, terrible. For breakfast NOTHING but sweet rolls and muffins, more variety and anything savoury would be great. But the room was clean and comfortable and the location was really good."
