The hotel was a disaster and the manger very nasty . I’ve been coming to this hotel Hilton for the last 6 years , 6 times x year and now I found out it is not Hilton Hotel anymore. The food at the bar because they closed the restaurant was horrible, I ordered chicken That it tasted as rubber. The bathroom door of my room was making so much noise every time I had to close it and the faucet was broken. We had only hot water. Terrible experience

The properties upkeep was good. I believe the front lobby should be a little more vibrant but other than that everything was great! I would stay at that Hilton Hotel again with my family.

This property does not meet the standards of a Hilton. The bathrooms are dirty and old. The fire alarm went off stopping the elevators. Our key card did not work following check in. Very disappointing

This was the most affordable hotel near the American Dream Mall. It is a 3 minute drive to the mall. Plenty of parking. Staff was friendly, easy check in & out.

I did not like my stay at Hilton this time. The bathtub has problem on draining the water. There was not any fan for the restroom and made it hard to breathe during shower or after. The room was not very clean too.

The front doors were broke. I had a very hard time getting your luggage in the refrigerator. We are Hilton members, and I’ve never stayed in the Hilton that has been this poorly taken care of stains on the carpet. The mattresses are horrible and we tried both beds and the two nights that we stayed at this Hilton horrible Woke up Saturday morning to no hot water had to wait two or three hours before they got that up and running. We are not impressed and neither should Hilton on how this one is being taken care of.

Check in was simple! Parking is $25/ day the room was so outdated and rusty in the bathroom . No microwaves you have to go downstairs to the lobby to heat up food. The only good thing is the Starbucks but they close early. Also people were partying in the room next door. Walks are super thin you were practically partying with them.
