You're right under the path for planes landing so that is a little loud but nothing that disrupted my sleep. "Hotel staff who checked me was very helpful and courteous. Hotel had computer system issues but this lady at the check in counter was very courteous and made everyone comfortable. Once computer system started working she completed all check in and check outs very efficiently. Keep up the good work. "
