"We enjoyed our stay at this onsen hotel. The staff were very accommodating and made us feel welcome, and we were able to use the private onsen, which was refreshing after a long day. The only downside was that the room smelled strongly of gas due to the gas heaters, but we adjusted to it. The best part was waking up to a foot of snow! Very beautiful. "
