It was so close to everything that we were able to walk to Central Park, the Met, St.Patricks, the New York Public Library, Grand Central Terminal, the MOMA, the Chrysler Building and on and on. Everything else was a quick subway ride away. The room was clean and spacious and the lobby was beautiful and well appointed. "

"Overall would recommend staying at the Arthouse! We loved the door holders and men who took care of our luggage needs. Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Cafe and bar downstairs was wonderful. Only issue is that there was some miscommunication at the front desk. We asked for linen to be changed. They confirmed they would but it never happened. We were also told that we could do a late checkout by the front desk. Around 12 we went to checkout and they said our party was already checked...
